At The Kids Network, our vision is simple: we think every child should live the life they choose. Too many kids are facing big challenges like loneliness and poverty, and social pressure can create serious complexity. But no one needs to face it alone. Your donation can make sure that any kid who needs it has a mentor: a trusted adult who can help them develop the skills and resilience to navigate their journey to secondary school and beyond, allowing them to create a future of their own design, while enjoying their childhood along the way.

Mentoring is a simple intervention that heads off bigger problems before they take hold. Half of all mental health conditions are established by age 14, making the years between 8 and 11 a golden window. The Kids Network works in this space – and it’s all made possible by donations like yours.
TKN's year-long programme helps children to internalise confidence, regulate emotions and develop self-belief, tools they will continue to use for the rest of their lives. This means every donation has a tangible, lasting positive effect for a child.
A LITTLE CAN GO A LONG WAY
We believe that every child who needs a mentor should have one. It’s the generosity of our donors that makes this goal possible for TKN. Any donation amount can help make a measurable difference, funding mentoring sessions that bring fun, connection and confidence to children who need extra support.
£10 would allow a child like Binniam to buy a scrapbook and record their mentoring journey as a lasting keepsake.
£20 pays for one mentoring session for someone like Helena to get out, to visit a market or museum for the first time.

£35 gives a kid like Dhillon a monthly activity allowance that teaches them to plan and budget for the activities they do with their mentor.
